When a recent divorcee runs into her teenage crush, the age gap that separates them is no longer important. What matters now is heating things up without getting another burn.

Pushing thirty-seven and recently divorced, Clare Darby has gotten herself into better mental and physical shape and is ready to start socializing again. Her first foray out is a disappointment that has her hiding out in her friend's kitchen doing the dishes when a handsome man from her past walks in. And yes, orthodontist Dr. Guy Foreman is as drool-worthy today as he was when she was sixteen and crushing on the man who was fitting her teeth for braces. Their connection is instantaneous and doesn't seem in the least taboo considering their age difference.

Having focused on his career, Guy Foreman just never found the right woman to settle down with, but strangely enough he's taking over Clare's father's orthodontia practice, and Clare and her young daughter Olivia are taking over his heart. Suddenly, Guy wants the things he's never had; a wife, a family, a home, a baby. It's what Guy thinks Clare wants too, but after he pops the question, their relationship seems strangely uncertain.

Queen of the Chick Lit novella format, the spectacularly hip Joanne Rawson has produced yet another delectably quirky romantic tale that's fun to read and rather hard to put down. Featuring the author's signature preference for a more emotionally mature heroine, a cocktail of realism with a mixer of relationship angst that's intermingled with moments of laugh-out-loud humor, Ms. Rawson has another crowd-pleaser on her hands. Devotees of chick lit who are looking for a quick read with a little depth, a little drama, and a hunky doctor are certain to enjoy ALWAYS MR. WRONG.
