Set in the heart of the West End, Browns has to be
one of my favourite London restaurants.
When we lived in London, Browns was a regular place to meet our friends
for a leisurely dinner, or after going to the theatre, a perfect place to
finish off the evening.
It just seemed so right that Danny would meet Ruth
in Covent Garden and Browns.
From New York, Danny loves everything British, from
good old British hospitality, fish and chips and of course the beautiful
English Rose – Ruth.
Covent Garden is a lively, vibrant and eclectic
place, surrounded by theatres, galleries and shops that would appeal to our New
Yorker. Not to mention that Browns was once
the Westminster County Court building, steeped in history, and elegantly converted
into a bar and restaurant. Its chic surroundings
makes it easy to relax, unwind and enjoy a perfect lunch for our classy Yank,
who shops in Harrods, handing his credit card over like a library card.

Browns is the perfect location for that early
morning meeting or relaxing break with the paper. They truly believe breakfast
is the most important meal of the day. And on the weekend, why not relax with
friends enjoying an Eggs Benedict and their famous Bloody Mary.
